Child friendly campsite
Heumens Bos is a child friendly family campsite situated in the Rijk van Nijmegen at 5-star level. The campsite is situated in a beautiful natural surroundings. Here you can find forests, hills, valleys, polders and the Hatertse- and Overasseltse Vennen. Special is also the situation nearby Nijmegen, the oldest city of the Netherlands.

Camping at green meadow
Camping at Heumens Bos is camping at a green meadow. All plots have a minimum of 80-90 square meters and have 6 ampere electricity and CATV connection. Per meadow we have a water point with light and a sewer. The sanitary units are heated. Dogs are allowed if kept on a leash. Guests without their own tent or caravan can use on of our lodges for 4 or 5 people, bungalows for 6 people, chalets for 4 or 6 people or our permanent caravans. The Heumens Bos also have permanent plots. These are situated in the siren and forest surrounding. The chalets, caravans and houses are build on plots between the 120 until 450 square meters.
Many facilities
Heumens Bos has a cozy restaurant with terrace and a nice bar. For fast food you can visit our snackbar. For all your daily groceries we have a shop at the campsite. We also have a heated swimming pool and spacious sports- and game facilities. During high season we have an animation team for young and old.
