Camping Alkmaar is a green campsite of 2,8 ha., situated between the pleasant city of Alkmaar and the picturesque village of Bergen. Our campsite is an excellent place to start a wide variety of excursions. One moment you can enjoy the quiet nature and the beauty of the Noord-Holland landscape: the dunes, the beach, the forests but also the polders. The other moment you’re passing by the picturesque canals and the cultural city centre of Alkmaar.
Shielded camping pitches
Our campsite is split up in shielded grass fields with approximately ten camping pitches for caravans and tents. For motor homes we have paved pitches, which are easily accessible. All pitches have 6 or 10 ampère electricity. The comfort pitches also have CATV-, sewer- and wateracces. As rental units we have several lodges.
Serenity
Our guests like to enjoy the serenity. You will find all the basic facilities at our campsite. We have a excellent heated sanitary building. We also have a playground, table tennis and it is possible to rent bikes. It is allowed to barbecue. Next to the campsite you will find playground “de Batavier”. A nice park, with a cosy restaurant and terrace, where the kids can play, climb and have fun.
